The second floor dining room entrance doors numbered 2000, 2002, and 2003 shall have mechanical hold open

devices.

ITEM NO. 6 – COAT CLOSET IN LOUNGE (RM. NO. 200)

Refer to the following revised drawing:

Add a coat closet to the Lounge (rm. no. 200) on the second floor as shown in the revised second floor plan. Revise

the door schedule on sheet A-9 to include this new bi-fold closet door with the following information:

Furnish & install the following toilet accessories for Toilet Room No. 102 in the medical suite on the first floor:

• Recessed Paper Towel Dispenser, Model No. 0457 as manufactured by ASI

• Recessed Liquid Soap Dispenser, Model No. 0327 as manufactured by ASI

• Semi-Recessed Waste Receptacle, Model No. 0458-X as manufactured by ASI

• Recessed Mounted Dual Roll Tissue Holder, Model No. 74022-SD as manufactured by ASI

• 24” wide x 36” high mirror with stainless steel frame.
