ITEM NO. 2 – REVISE FOOD SERVICE KITCHEN & BEVERAGE STATION (RM. NO. 108)
Refer to the following revised drawings:
Service Kitchen Plan on sheet A-12, dated revised 10/10/06
Service Kitchen Elevations on sheet A-12, dated revised 10/10/06
Revise the Service Kitchen (Rm. no 206) and Beverage station design defined by Item No. 1 in Addendum No. 7,
dated 9-5-06 as per the above revised drawings. Relocate the ice maker (equipment numbered 7 on plan) to the
Beverage Station as shown in revised plan. Provide a stainless steel counter drain in the stainless steel countertop as
shown in the floor plan.
ITEM NO. 3 – REVISE PUBLIC TOILET ROOMS (111, 112, & 213)
Refer to the following revised drawings:
Public Toilet Plan B on sheet A-12, dated revised 10/23/06
Public Toilet Plan D on sheet A-12, dated revised 10/23/06
Public Toilet Elevations 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10 on sheet A-12, dated revised 10/23/06
Revise the public toilet rooms numbered 111, 112, & 213 as shown in the revised drawings on sheet A-12.
Furnish & install the following toilet accessories for each of these toilet rooms:
• Recessed Paper Towel Dispenser, Model No. 0457 as manufactured by ASI
• Recessed Liquid Soap Dispenser, Model No. 0327 as manufactured by ASI
• Semi-Recessed Waste Receptacle, Model No. 0458-X as manufactured by ASI
• Recessed Mounted Dual Roll Tissue Holder, Model No. 74022-SD as manufactured by ASI
• 24” wide x 36” high mirror with cherry wood frame
ITEM NO. 4 – REVISE PUBLIC RESTROOMS (209 & 210)
Refer to the following revised drawings:
Public Restroom Plan A on sheet A-11, dated revised 10/18/06

Revise the public restrooms numbered 209 & 210 as shown in the revised drawings on sheet A-11.
Furnish & install the following toilet accessories for each of these toilet rooms:

• Two (2) Recessed Liquid Soap Dispensers in each restroom, Model No. 0327 as manufactured by ASI

• One (1) Dual Roll Surface Mounted Toilet Paper Holder, Model No. 7305-2S as manufactured by ASI
• One (1) Inter-Lock Stainless Steel Framed Mirror in each restroom Model No. 0600 as manufactured by
ASI (36” high in length shown on revised restroom elevations)
