7. Hot Food Wells: Furnish & install: built-in two well modular warmer, model #MOD-200TDM,

manufactured by: Wells Manufacturing Company, Verdi, NV 89439; Phone: 775-345-0444. Unit to have

individual drain connected to manifold and infinite control.

8. Hot Food Display & Self-Serve Unit:

Furnish & install: Flav-R-Fresh countertop impulse display

cabinet, Model #FDW-2X, manufactured by: Hatco Corporation, Milwaukee, WI 53234-0500; Phone:

800-558-0607. Unit to have two doors and multi-purpose rack without rack motor.

9. Cup Dispensers:

Furnish & install: EZ-FIT Gasket Cup Dispensers, Model #C2410C, manufactured by:

San Jamar, Elkhorn, WI 53121; Phone: 800-248-9826. Three (3) Drop-in units to be installed vertical in

countertop. One size fits all EZ-FIT dispenser for cup sizes 8-46 oz.

10. Range with Griddle:

Furnish & install: Gas Restaurant Range with 24” wide griddle, Model #481L,

manufactured by: Vulcan-Hart Company, Louisville, KY 40201; Phone: 800-814-2028. Size: 48” wide x

32” deep x 59 ½” high; 36 ½” working height. Range to have two burners and a 24” wide griddle with

manual infinite controls every 12”.

11. Fryer:

Furnish & install: Freestanding Gas Fryer, Model #1GR35M, manufactured by: Vulcan-Hart

Company, Louisville, KY 40201; Phone: 800-814-2028. Size: 15½” wide x 30¼” deep x 47 1/8” high; 36

¼” working height. Unit to have a 35-40 lb. capacity stainless steel fry tank with stainless steel cover.

12. Stainless Steel Hood:

New exhaust hood to meet codes (refer to HVAC addendum).

13. Fried Food Warmer:

Furnish & install: Glo-Ray Portable Foodwarmer, Model #GRFFB, manufactured

by: Hatco Corporation, Milwaukee, WI 53234-0500; Phone: 800-558-0607. Size: 12” Wide x 24” Deep x

16”-20” high. Unit has metal sheathed elements. Available with a clearance of 12”, 14”, or 16” between

heated base and upper housing. Verify clearance desired with owner before bidding.

14. Hand Wash Sink:

Stainless steel sink in countertop (refer to plumbing addendum)

15. Commercial Microwave Oven:

Furnish & install: 1000 watt commercial microwave, model# NE-1054,

manufactured by: Panasonic Home & Commercial Products Co., New Jersey. Size: 20” x 15” x 12”,

weight: 37 lbs. Unit has stainless body & cavity.

16. Conveyor Toaster:

Furnish & install: Toast-Qwik Electric Conveyor Toaster, Model #TQ-400,

manufactured by: Hatco Corporation, Milwaukee, WI 53234-0500; Phone: 800-558-0607. Size: 14 1/2”

Wide x 17 3/4” Deep x 15 7/8” high.

17. Protector Case & Heat Lamp:

Furnish & install: Glass & tube Sneezeguards, Model #P-400,

manufactured by: ADM, Phone: 800-805-1114. Overall Height: 18” approx. Overall depth: 13 ½” approx.

Verify length. Unit to be fabricated from tempered glass and 1 ½” dia. tubing with powder coat finish in

color selected by Architect. Type ‘B’ sides. Unit to include ADM low voltage lights and Hatco Heat Lamp.

Installed over hot food wells.

18. Protector Case:

Furnish & install: Glass & tube Sneezeguards, Model #P-400, manufactured by: ADM;

Phone: 800-805-1114. Overall Height: 18” approx. Overall depth: 13 ½” approx. Verify length. Unit to be

fabricated from tempered glass and 1 ½” dia. tubing with powder coat finish in color selected by Architect.

Type ‘B’ sides. Unit to include ADM low voltage lights. Install over sandwich station.

19. Glass Door Display Refrigerator:

Furnish & install: Glass Door Merchandiser, swing door refrigerator,

one section, Model #GDM-23, manufactured by True Food Service Equipment, Inc., O’Fallon, Missouri

63366; Phone: 636-240-2400. Size: 27” Long x 29 7/8” Deep x 78 5/8” High.

20. Soda/Water/Ice Dispenser:
